SMS terms

Overview
The Vicam Consulting Project Messaging program lets you receive SMS text messages about your inquiry or active project. These are not marketing messages — they are transactional updates to help us communicate about quotes, scheduling, project status, and support. Enrollment is entirely optional, and opting in is not a condition of working with Vicam Consulting.
Who Can Enroll
Anyone who submits the contact form at vicamconsulting.com/contact can choose to enroll by checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing a phone number. This includes prospective clients and the business owner. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers from any other source.
What You Will Receive
If you opt in, you will receive text messages about your specific inquiry or project. These may include:
- Responses to your inquiry
- Project quotes and estimates
- Call or meeting scheduling confirmations
- Project status updates
- Support replies and troubleshooting
This is a two-way messaging channel — you can reply to our messages, and we will respond. These messages are transactional, not promotional. You will not receive marketing, advertisements, or promotional offers through this program.
How to Opt In
Visit the contact form at vicamconsulting.com/contact. You will see an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. To enroll, provide your phone number in the phone field and check the SMS consent checkbox. Checking that box constitutes your consent to receive text messages from Vicam Consulting about your inquiry or project. The form will still work if you do not check the box — you will simply not receive SMS messages from us. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry and the status of any active project. You might receive a handful of messages per week during an active project, or very few messages (or none at all) if there is no ongoing work. There is no set schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Vicam Consulting does not charge any fee for sending or receiving text messages as part of this program.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and then you will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again through the contact form. You may also opt out by emailing isaac@vicamconsulting.com.

Carrier Support
This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Data Sharing
We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number, consent records, and message content are processed only by Vicam Consulting LLC and Telnyx, our SMS service provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the phone number you provide, or that you have permission from the subscriber to enroll that number in this program.
Sending Numbers
Messages will be sent from +1 (888) 766-0021. Once registered, we may also send messages from local 509 area code numbers for the same program.
