Modern Case Management for Funeral Homes
Funeral directors didn't ask for software that changes how they work. The workflows they have were built with care over decades, so the platform follows them: it tracks cases, custody, and schedules the way directors already think about them, and it takes over the paperwork that used to eat their evenings.

development in the detailsUnderstanding the Workflow Challenges
Funeral homes have well-developed ways of supporting families. What slows them down is the software: aging desktop programs that force duplicate data entry and busywork. The platform we are building with our customer covers the full case lifecycle in one system, from removal coordination through service scheduling, custody tracking, and family contact management.
Rapid Prototyping and New Ideas
We prototype features with funeral directors and refine them from their feedback. Working directors test each iteration before it becomes permanent, which keeps us building things people use instead of things that demo well.
A Mission-Driven Approach
Our mission is simple: improve the experience for funeral directors and for the families of those who have passed. The measure we care about is time. Every hour the software saves on administration is an hour a director can spend with a family instead.
